Gloss Agent for Powder Coating
TL-701 Wetting Promoter, commonly known as Brightener or Gloss Agent, is a powder coating additive primarily composed of acrylate copolymer. Due to its content of a certain amount of polar groups, it exhibits good wetting properties for polar additives in powder coatings (such as pigments and fillers) and for the substrate being coated (such as metals like iron and aluminum). Consequently, it effectively eliminates cratering and promotes leveling during the manufacturing and application processes of powder coatings. The main function of this product is to enhance the contamination resistance of powder coatings and prevent the formation of craters in the coating film.
Usage Method: Add this product directly to the other materials and mix them together before extrusion.
Dosage: 0.5% to 1.0% of the total powder formulation weight. The specific dosage should be determined through experimentation.

Charge Enhancing Agent for Powder Coating
The main component of TZ-318 is an organic salt with charged groups. When used in powder coatings, it can significantly improve the charging efficiency and overcome the Faraday effect during powder application. It effectively increases the charge of powder particles during spraying, thereby improving the deposition rate. During spraying, it promptly dissipates the charge on the workpiece surface, overcoming the electrostatic shielding effect and making it easier for edges, corners, dead zones, and grooves to be coated. Please premix before melt extrusion. Recommended dosage is 0.3% to 1% of the total powder coating weight.

Friction Charging Agent for Powder Coating
【Product Introduction and Performance】
Friction spraying is one of the important application methods for powder coatings. It is highly regarded for its low energy consumption, low cost, high safety, and absence of the "Faraday cage effect." Due to the low dielectric constant of most raw materials used in powder coatings, the friction charging effect is poor, making it necessary to add a friction charging agent to improve the powder pickup rate. The TZ series friction charging additives are designed to increase the material's dielectric constant, effectively enhance the powder's chargeability, and consequently improve the powder pickup rate. When using the TZ series additives, simply extrude them together with other components. The typical dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the total powder weight, but users can adjust it according to specific conditions.

Multifunctional Surface Modifier for Powder Coating
【Product Introduction and Performance】
TA-502 is a high-molecular polymer composite additive, an ideal product for optimizing the appearance and quality of powders and coatings.
During the powder melting and curing process, it can minimize the intermolecular tension and flow resistance on the coating surface layer, eliminate small pinholes and hazing, improve coating surface clarity and fullness, enhance leveling, and promote gloss. It possesses excellent dispersibility and degassing properties. When added to both indoor and outdoor formulations, it can reduce the usage of gloss promoter and benzoin by up to 50%, effectively solving the problems of benzoin yellowing and smoking.
Based on various powder formulations, it can reduce the specific gravity of the powder within a certain range, improving flowability and spray atomization. It is suitable for all types of powder coating systems. However, according to customer usage and production experience, particularly ideal results are achieved when selecting polyester resins with low volatile content, slightly lower viscosity, and longer gel time in the formulation. It is especially suitable for powder coating formulations with high decorative requirements, such as those for radiators, high-end crafts, and home appliances. Recommended addition level: 1% (based on total formulation weight). It can be directly mixed and extruded with resins, fillers, and other additives. Due to different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended that users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition level before use.

Special Effect Electroplating Silver Modifier for Powder Coating
【Product Introduction and Performance】
BDJ11 is used to increase the smoothness of powder coatings, improve the orientation of aluminum powder, and enhance its wettability and flowability. When BDJ11 is added to electroplating silver powder coating formulations, under an optimal bonding process, the gloss can reach over 500% at 25°. It forms a bright film on the powder surface, thereby increasing the whiteness and metallic feel of the coating film. It is suitable for various added metal powders, such as silver powder, copper-gold powder, and pearlescent powder, and is a classic choice for replacing electroplating surface treatment.
The recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0% of the total formula weight. It should be mixed with all other components in a mixer and then extruded through an extruder. It is recommended to use silver powder 2091 or PC-200 at a dosage of 0.5-0.8%; or use 4/6 polyester, but to achieve a perfect electroplating effect, the polyester must be selectively chosen for the formulation.

Special Effect Bonding Agent for Powder Coating
【Product Introduction & Performance】
This product is a modified new polymer material with special functional groups grafted onto its molecules. It can effectively enhance the adhesion between the powder coating base material and metallic pigments, and improve the scratch resistance of the coating. It is suitable for the bonding and mixing process of metallic effect powder coatings, while also featuring high specific surface area for easy dispersion. It improves the chargeability of powder coating particles, increases powder flowability, and significantly raises the bonding temperature. It enhances the powder's transfer efficiency in the pipeline and the overall chargeability of the powder, reducing the adhesion of metallic powder to the spray booth walls. This results in a more uniform film thickness and neater particle arrangement, improving issues such as powder surging and instability during spraying. Depending on the product type, its glass transition temperature, and the bonding mixer equipment conditions, the recommended addition level is 1~3%. It should be added simultaneously with the metallic pigment during the bonding or mixing process, without the need for other additives.
